Do my team need to download an app?
No app store needed. They tap a link in their invite email, set a password, and can add TBT Go to their home screen from the browser. Any phone.
Will this stand up to an audit or a principal contractor?
Yes — that's the point. Every completion and RAMS sign-off is checked and written to a record nobody can edit, including you. Export the trail as CSV, or hand over branded certificates and the RAMS pack with its sign-off register.
Is an AI-written RAMS actually safe to use?
The AI drafts; a competent person approves. Every draft lands as an editable document that must be reviewed and approved by a named person before it can be issued — the approval is recorded against them. It replaces the blank page, not your judgement.
How does the RAMS allowance work?
Each plan includes a set number of AI-generated RAMS a month — 30 on Starter, 100 on Team, 500 on Business. Only drafts written by the AI count; writing a RAMS by hand is always unlimited. Hit the cap and everything you've generated stays fully usable — you just can't spin up a new AI draft until the allowance resets or you upgrade.
